Part 3: The web, law and ethics
This section considers two important, and related issues: legal considerations in corpus construction; and the equally important, yet less often discussed, question of ethical issues arising from corpus construction, distribution and use.
In particular, we'll look at:

- What are the key ethical issues for corpus linguistics?
- What ethical issues are relevant with relation to respondents in spoken corpus collection?
- What ethical issues are relevant for distributors of corpus data?
- What ethical issues are relevant for users of corpus data?
