LIBDem Energy and Climate Change Minister Chris Huhne came under renewed fire yesterday as two former councillors accused him of fiddling his election expenses.  The LibDem members, from his Eastleigh constituency, submitted a formal complaint alleging that he made a  false declaration .  The allegation is based on a recording of a local party meeting where treasurer anne Winstanley is heard saying that the elections  have cost more than we declared . Huhne has strongly denied the charge.
