It's not quite the haka but it's still pretty impressive.
New Zealand police have joined in the latest online dance craze and challenged Australia's men and women in blue to do the same.
A video of a group of Kiwi police officers dancing while doing the "running man challenge" has been uploaded to the NZ Police Recruitment Facebook page.
The trend involves doing '80s hip-hop dance move "The Running Man" (pretty much as it sounds) to 1995 song My Boo by Ghost Town DJs.
The NZ police video has been viewed more than 4.5 million times.
"We catch people on the run every day, this was a new #runningmanchallenge for our team," the post says.
According to tech website Mashable, the running man challenge started with college athletes in the US and is similar to previous online crazes, such as planking, Gangnam Style or the Harlem Shake.
Comments on the NZ video are mostly positive:
"Great to see NZ police having a bit of fun," wrote Sharon Mcleod.
"I've lived in 5+ Countries. I can strongly testify that NZ Police are the most fairest and reasonable Police force ever. This must be due to the training," said Rich Wells.
Another poster, Davin Ong, wondered whether the Australian police forces would even be allowed to pick up the gauntlet thrown in front of them:
"Pretty sure Aussie police would get in trouble ... they got in trouble for helping a lady change a tyre!"
That was reference to two NSW police officers who were reprimanded for changing a woman's tyre on the North shore.
So far, only the ACT Police has responded directly to the challenge asking whether they should "show them how it's done".
Good luck, is all we can say.
