Since it was first published in 2000, BOSS has been focused on leadership - good and bad. Now the leadership franchise is being expanded from BOSS and afr.com into The Australian Financial Review with a new dedicated Leadership section that will appear Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
As we have done at BOSS since its inception, we'll be revealing the people leading change and the ideas creating value.
Leadership in the newspaper will kick off on March 21 with a revamped education section which will add a new focus on Careers. The Financial Review's education editor Tim Dodd (left) will edit this new offering.
Tuesday's Leadership section in the Financial Review will feature management, workplace, corporate culture and governance stories by longstanding workplace writer Fiona Smith (centre) and others. It will also include the popular column by Lucy Kellaway of the Financial Times.
Powered by BOSS, Leadership will uncover best performing workplaces, pinpoint hiring trends and productivity fixes, and keep track of the changing nature of work.
The Leadership entrepreneur section will feature in Thursday's Financial Review. Edited by former BRW editor Michael Bailey (below), it will track the entrepreneurship and start-up culture, and the large corporations that are taking inspiration from this dynamic sector.
And don't forget The Australian Financial Review Business Summit on March 15-16, which will mark the launch of the masthead's national Leadership event series, tapping into the best minds and thinking to help leaders deal with business challenges and opportunities.
