FOUR men have been arrested for allegedly damaging polling booths in St Kilda yesterday morning.
Police responded to reports of groups going to booths in the Port Phillip area and damaging signs and posters.
About 2.40am at the St Kilda Primary School polling station on Brighton Rd, officers arrested four men, searching a car and seizing three box cutters.Both the Greens and the Liberal Party have complained to authorities about vandalism to their campaign material in Melbourne.
