Woolworths has lost its map of Tassie.
No, really.
Woolworths has made the rather embarrassing blunder of selling Australia Day merchandise featuring a map of Australia, without Tasmania.
The navy-coloured Australia Day hats embroidered with a map of the country, as well as the Union Jack and Southern Cross, inexplicably left off our southernmost state. 
Tasmanians and mainlanders alike were not impressed by the omission and took to Woolworths' Facebook page to vent their frustration.

In response to the issue, a Woolworths spokesman said: "Woolworths is aware of the issue and in the process of withdrawing the product from our supermarket shelves."
Woolworths has been wielding a giant axe this week, with the supermarket announcing on Monday that it would dump its Masters hardware chain, possibly leaving up to 9000 workers in the lurch.
And it is not the first time the Apple Isle has been shaved off official memorabilia or merchandise.
It was left off the map of Australia that featured on the swimsuits of athletes competing in the Commonwealth Games in 2014.
It was left out when athletes formed a giant map of Australia at the opening ceremony of the 1982 Commonwealth Games in Brisbane.
The state was also forgotten on posters advertising Baz Luhrmann's film Australia. Instead of shying away from the drama, Tasmania Tourism ran a campaign with the declaration, "Tasmania: Bigger than Australia".
In   January 2012, Tasmania was ignored when Arnott's released its commemorative Australia Day Shape biscuits.
