THAI police have issued an -arrest warrant for Australian man Antonio Bagnato after a former Hells Angels bikie's bloodied and beaten body was found in a shallow grave near the red-light district of Pattaya. 
Wayne Rodney Schneider, 37, was beaten and abducted at gunpoint from his villa inside a guarded estate on Monday by five men whose faces were covered with scarves.
Early yesterday Thai police, using the GPS trail of the van rented by Schneider's abductors, found his shallow grave near a temple in a wooded area not far from his home. He was reportedly found naked and with a broken neck. His Thai wife is reportedly in Dubai and is yet to speak to police.
Guards at the Pattaya estate where Schneider had moved a month ago said they heard a man yelling for help before being bundled into the van.
"He was murdered. His body was buried in a woodland area out of town," Pattaya police commander Colonel Sukthat Pumpanmuang said.
Police have named their chief suspect as 27-year-old Bagnato, reported to be a former bikie himself and business partner of Schneider in a Sydney gym, who was drinking with Schneider the night -before the kidnap.
Colonel Sukthat said five people were believed to be -involved in the kidnap and murder of Schneider.
Schneider had been in Thailand for about a month and had rented a house, putting down a $3626 deposit for six months.
He left Australia several years ago following the outbreak of the Hells Angels-Nomads-Finks turf war.The source said he had been wanted for questioning by NSW police in relation to several drug labs when he fled.
