CHELSEA GEORGE, 10, Murray Bridge Chelsea has been fighting acute lymphocytic leukaemia since 2008. In 2009, she joined Camp Quality and instantly forged a bond with special needs campers. This   April she made friends with a non-verbal, severely disabled girl, helping her to feel integrated. Brave Chelsea is planning a future as a special needs carer. 
HAYLEY SANDS, 13, Edwardstown At 13, Hayley had her whole future ahead of her. But her life changed after a dive into her family swimming pool went horribly wrong. Hayley suffered what doctors call "extreme whiplash" and became a paraplegic. Hayley has focused on helping and inspiring other kids in her situation by sharing her story and has cultivated a passion for painting.
ELOISE WINKLER, 10, Banksia ParkEloise lives with uncontrolled epilepsy. Despite the unpredictable nature of her disease, Eloise is focused on helping others. From age seven, she has been raising money for charity in lieu of birthday gifts. She has helped the Epilepsy centre, donated toys to the Women's and Children's Hospital and paid for four cows to help Cambodian families.
